Biography
Mr. Brooks’ focus is in the areas of negligence, product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, construction litigation, property damage, toxic torts, and maritime torts. He has developed an expertise in the field of toxic torts, and has handled actions including exposure to asbestos, lead, pesticides, solvents, breast implants and Fen-Phen. He has also represented homeowners in construction litigation for defective building materials including exterior insulation and finishing systems (EIFS).
