Injury:  Spinal cord / neck injury 

Facts: A painter contacted our office. He had fallen from a scaffold with a severe neck injury. His spinal cord had not been severed, but the spinal neck injury compromised his continued use of his hands.

Our client’s employer denied his claim, stating that the company didn’t have workers’ compensation coverage because the company did not have over three employees.

Result:  Our legal team was able to uncover another corporate level and find the insurance coverage.  The claim settled before the hearing.
