Every person should have access to justice.

We believe every person should have fair access to justice. We believe a person’s voice should not be limited for any reason –including access to courts and available finances.  This means that every person should have the right to have their case heard in trial.

We believe the rights guaranteed in our Constitution are sacred and should not be hindered. While some lobbyists and politicians may try to limit the voice of the people, we believe a person’s injustice has the right to be heard before a jury of their peers.
