Our Clients

The Brooks Law Firm -- Savannah Georgia -- Committed to Our Clients

We’re a small firm.  We make every client our priority.

Being available for clients is essential to our practice.  As a small firm with a collaborative staff, we are able to make each case a priority.  Taking on fewer cases allows us to be more accessible. We are available for our clients as different needs may arise.  Our client may need to ask a question or discuss their case with our paralegals. Sometimes we may meet with clients to prepare them for the court process or gather more information.

Getting Started

When first meeting with us, a client can expect to be heard. Our trusted paralegals are attentive and will listen to your story as they gather facts.  We want our clients to know what to anticipate during this legal process. This means we will be sure our client understands their case, and is prepared for the road ahead.

Staying Connected

It is important in this process for us to work as a team with our clients. We work together to keep each other informed.  Our staff will keep clients up to date on their case through answering questions by phone, email or in person. Our clients can be sure that we will be in contact any time we need information from them about their case.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do I have a case?

A. This answer depends on the facts of your specific case. You can be sure that our team will listen diligently to your story and be honest of the outlook of pursuing your case.

Q.  How long will this legal process take?

A.  Every case is different, but we can tell you that this process requires patience. Through an extended time that may seem somewhat dull of events, know that our staff is working to gather information and communicating with other attorneys as well as the courts.

Q. Will my case go to trial?

A. We work tirelessly in every case as if it were to end in trial. Our staff will be prepared to take your case to the courtroom, even if it may end in a different manner, such as settlement.
